Intensity Indicators

Used to assess peak intensity in a session or game.
High Speed Distance (Sprints) – Distance above a speed threshold
Maximum Speed – Peak speed achieved in the session
Maximal Acceleration – Peak acceleration in the session
Maximum Heart Rate – Peak heart rate in the session

Work Rate Indicators

Measure the intensity of a drill, session to game. Compare drills to games, changes in games speed and compare athletes.
